Attorney Allison Williams decided to open a practice after being denied partnership, despite bringing in a half of a million dollars in business to the law firm. Attorney Williams soon found herself overworked, and, after nearly hitting a guardrail one night after falling asleep at the wheel of her car, knew that she needed another change. However, that change did not involve going back to work for someone else. Instead, Attorney Williams hired business coaches that helped her to design her law firm into a business that fit her lifestyle. In four years, she increased her law firm revenue 856%. Now Attorney Williams helps other law firm owners control the chaos through her other business, Law Firm Mentor, LLC.
