This episode:
During the Mansfield Rule pilot year, 41 large law firms have became Mansfield Certified, which means they considered at least 30% women and attorneys of color for leadership and governance roles, equity partner, promotions and senior lateral positions. Several of these firms are actually Mansfield Certified Plus, which means that they actually met the goal of having at least 30% women and attorneys of color for leadership and governance roles, equity partner, promotions and senior lateral positions.
