Attorney Don Bell became a leader in the effort to increase Congressional staff diversity after leading a census of black Senate staffers during his term as President of the Senate Black Legislative Staff Caucus. Now, Attorney Bell serves as director of the Black Talent Initiative at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, where he continues to fight to ensure that Congress is fully representative of all Americans.
